Property Foreclosures Interactive Foreclosure Map

In recent years there have been a large number of foreclosures in Sarasota County. Foreclosures are typically completed by the recording of a Certificate of Title transferring ownership to the lender. To view all properties on which a Certificate of Title has been filed go to the Sales Search link on the top menu bar, enter CT in the Deed Type field, and click Submit. To view the most recent CT entries, sort by Sales Date in descending order. You may also go to Download Data on the top menu bar and download the Sales Database which includes deed information.

All properties displayed on the Interactive Foreclosure Map have been identified by the Property Appraiser’s office as having been conveyed by a Certificate of Title recorded after January 1, 2007. The Map displays the year a Certificate of Title appeared in the transfer history of the property.
